The team was professional and punctual. They took the time to understand our vision and offered valuable suggestions to enhance the design.One standout aspect of the experience was working with the project manager/owner, Haviv. He was incredibly detailed and meticulous, ensuring that every aspect of the remodel was perfect. Whenever we had concerns or noticed something that needed attention, he was always open to feedback and quick to address any issues. Haviv was also very open and honest whenever unforeseen issues arose, providing clear explanations and transparent solutions.We had a delay with some custom trim due to manufacturing issues, but Haviv handled it seamlessly. They returned weeks after the main project was completed to install the trim and address any minor issues that had arisen. With any project, issues will arise, but how they are handled really shows the commitment of the team to doing the job right. This level of commitment and customer service is truly commendable.The quality of workmanship is top-notch, and every detail was handled with care. The new fixtures, tiles, and layout have transformed our bathroom into a modern and luxurious space. Even when some of the purchased items didn’t quite work as intended, his team always came up with a solution, highlighting the skills of Haviv and his team.I highly recommend Lifestyle Remodeling for anyone considering a bathroom remodel.
