Review: We had a horrible bathroom that was dark, cramped, illogically laid out and just depressing to be in. San Antonio Kitchen and Bath LLC were phenomenal to work with! Our space was completely transformed, and they worked within our budget and vision for what we wanted from the bathroom.Hector was very responsive throughout the whole process, and the entire team was great and efficient during each portion of the project (demo, plumbing, electric, drywall, tiling etc). It was a complex project involving taking down a wall, filling in a recess in the floor, moving all the plumbing under the floor and behind the walls, new electrical routing for ceiling lights and outlets etc. What I found most impressive was their dedication to perfection. When our accent wall tiles weren’t going up the way they wanted, they tore them all down and started over until they were happy with the results. We want to give a special shoutout to Tony and Steven who were especially fun to work with and who have an exceptional attention to detail. Bonus: they were great with our dog, who definitely misses them. She still waits by the door in the morning, hoping they’ll show up .The pictures attached don’t quite do it justice – the marble tiles they used look even better in real light and the open concept feels so spacious. We would absolutely work again with this company.

Review: Hector and his team did a wonderful job renovating my master bath. They maximized use of the rather small space and turned it into an updated, luxurious bathroom. Hector and his team were extremely transparent, receptive, and professional, and they were able to complete the job in under 4 weeks! Hector was right there every step of the way, either in person or by phone, and kept me updated and answered questions I had throughout the entire project. This contracting team was excellent and I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you Hector, Tony, Steven, Ricky, Henry and everyone who made this dream a reality.

Review: If I could give Ten stars I would. My husband and I wanted to remove our shower/tub combo and wanted a beautiful, high quality shower. We sat through 4 other competitor company presentations and were unimpressed with the quality of their materials, lack of customization, workmanship, etc. Then we found Hector with Texas Green Remodelers and were impressed with their examples of high quality workmanship. This company is organized, extremely high quality, reliable, trustworthy, honest, and full of integrity. If you want to make sure your project is done with high standards, you have to choose wisely and I am glad we waited and turned away others with high pressure sale pitches. To choose anyone else could be your biggest mistake.Just look at my before and after pictures. I never thought we would have a luxurious bathroom like this and the price was right!

Review: An outstanding experience from beginning to end. Hector impressed us with his great ideas that not only encompassed everything we wanted to do but showed us the potential of the kitchen that we hadn’t even considered. When the work began it began on time – they showed up early the first day- and continued with great communication until completion. Everyone who worked on the kitchen exhibited great professionalism and skill. When any issues arose they were quickly and effectively solved and the whole crew went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. I can’t praise and recommend Hector and the team highly enough. It has been an absolute pleasure.

Review: First, Hector came to our house, and we signed a contract with San Antonio Kitchen and Bath October 2, 2021to remodel our shower. We paid $4,860 of $14,776 contract, to start. Later, he said our contract was with Texas Green remodel. When I ordered and paid for upgraded tile, increasing the total, he said he put it on order. But he never delivered it. Then, I he texted me he was backed up and couldn’t get to me for three (3) months. When I asked him to put me on the schedule in an email by giving me a date, he did not. Months past, and I told Hector we were going out of town because the VA had recalled my husband out of retirement, needing him to work in South Carolina after COVID-19, and I said when I would be back for the shower. I came back February 2023. I was only gone about 1 month past the time he said he was backed up and couldn’t do the job anyway yet. When I returned, I contacted Hector by text message I was home. He said he would finish the job, but did not. August 2023, I told Hector I had to leave again, telling Hector I would call when I got back. When I contacted Hector, by text, he texted “Who is this?” When I said it was Karen, and where I lived, he remembered and said Hi, Karen, very pleasant. But he said his supplier went bankrupt, and that it was not my fault or his fault. Later, however, he blamed me, saying I breached the contract, because I didn’t answer the phone. I was shocked because we had been in communication by email, text messaging, and telephone. Also, he was the one who said he was backed up and before that he knew my insurance company was doing remediation with fans to dry the subfloor, and he provided an itemization for my insurance company, even though he doesn’t usually work with insurance companies. At this time, he said he had a new supplier since his supplier went bankrupt. Hector and I texted one another, and he said he would send an electronic version of the new supplier’s tile, and that I could pick from it. I did not receive it, even though he now says he sent it after I complained to the Better Business Bureau. I still didn’t receive it. When I first got back into town, he said he would come over and look at the subfloor, which has a hole too big for the new drain his plumber installed, so that we can talk about how to fix it. He did not come over, even though he said when he would. I showed him photos of a pipe his plumber screwed on (photo of blue PVC screwed onto old copper pipe) which City of Schertz did not approve because it would leak, and I had my plumber, A&A Plumbing, correct it (photo with copper pipe) to City of Schertz standards. I then received a permit. I told City of Schertz I asked Hector to get a permit before starting, and he said he didn’t need a permit. City of Schertz said you always need a permit when you are working on pipes, even the pipes at the shower head. I told Hector to give my money back because he said one day he would be here tomorrow to discuss and proceed. He stood me up. On BBB, he said many people had been working on the demolished area, but that is not true. One contractor did try to fix the hole by putting boards underneath the subfloor in the ceiling of the dining area, not on top of the subfloor where his plumber worked. Hector agreed to finish and discuss the area after those boards were removed. I asked him to finish the job, and he said he would, even after that conversation. I asked for my money back from bankruptcy, paying out of pocket for pipe and dry wall repair, too small drain, and not coming over. When he said no to refund, I said then please finish the job, discuss how to fix the subfloor, I gave him another chance to finish, all months and all days during any month December 2023 on, except a couple of days I wasn’t free. I even offered to re-arrange my schedule on those few days. He texted he wanted me to remove my reviews and then he would finish the job. I said please finish the job, and I will remove honest reviews. I invite you again, Hector, finish or refund. He refused both invitations.
